For policy modifications, should I contact YouSet or my insurance company directly?

As your broker, YouSet will handle any modifications you need to make to your policy. To request a modification, please submit a request through your YouSet account and include the full name and address of the creditor. Once we receive your request, a member of our team will review it and get in touch to discuss the next steps.

  • Go YouSet.ca
  • In the top-right, click « My Account »
  • Sign in by following the on-screen instructions 
  • Under your insurance policy, select « Modify Policy »
  • Select « Need help? »
  • Follow the steps that appear on the screen
