Why did my payment amount double the following month?

Your payment amount may have doubled since last month as a result of several unsuccessful attempts to process your payment in the previous month. When this happens, the missed payment is carried over, resulting in a double payment.

Additionally, a non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee is often applied when the payment fails due to insufficient funds in your account.

To avoid this situation in the future, ensure that sufficient funds are available in your account on the scheduled withdrawal date. If you’re unsure of your designated withdrawal dates, you can find this information in the payment schedule portion of your policy documents.
