Once you submit a request through YouSet’s customer portal, our team will make every effort to follow up with you within 48 hours. We work diligently to address each inquiry as quickly as possible during our business hours, which are as follows:

  • Monday: 9 am – 6 pm (ET)
  • Tuesday: 9 am – 6 pm (ET)
  • Wednesday: 9 am – 6 pm (ET)
  • Thursday: 9 am – 6 pm (ET)
  • Friday: 9 am – 6 pm (ET)
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Also, please note that our business hours may vary on holidays. Therefore, requests submitted over a weekend or holiday period may experience a slightly extended response time.
