You can cancel your policy at any time through YouSet’s online customer portal. However, it’s important to note that should you choose to cancel before your renewal date, a cancellation fee equivalent to approximately one month’s payment will apply. 

• Go YouSet.ca
• In the top-right, click “My Account”
• Select “Cancellation and Non-Renewal” and then follow the steps on the screen

Also, keep in mind that cancellations cannot be applied retroactively, so we advise you to initiate the cancellation process as soon as you’ve made the decision.
