I’m unable to make my payment this month. What do I do?

If you’re unable to make your payment this month, here’s what you should do.

To see if there are any alternative options available to you besides a payment stop, submit a request via YouSet’s customer portal. Once it’s received, a member of our team will review your request and reach out to discuss your options.

If no other options are available, you might consider requesting a payment stop from your bank. However, this approach carries risks, so proceed with caution. A payment stop can result in a non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee, which will be added to your next payment.

If you proceed with a payment stop, you must make your next payment on time. Failure to do so will lead to the automatic cancellation of your insurance policy, leaving you vulnerable and entirely financially responsible for all risks.
