Yes, you can receive reimbursement for any unused coverage if you sell your car before the end of the coverage period. However, you will need to provide documentation, such as a bill of sale, that confirms the sale of your vehicle.
To get reimbursed for your unused coverage, please submit a request via YouSet’s customer portal. Make sure to add the bill of sale when submitting your request so that we can then request a retroactive cancellation of your policy. Once the retroactive cancellation is accepted, your insurer will reimburse you, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
