I have home and car insurance with Intact, but I can only see one policy in the Intact Portal. How can I view both?

If you’re unable to view both policies, there may be an issue with the information on file. To resolve this, please submit a request through your YouSet account. In your message, be sure to include your full name, email address, and phone number. 

  • Go YouSet.ca
  • In the top-right, click « My Account »
  • Sign in by following the on-screen instructions 
  • Under your insurance policy, select « Modify Policy »
  • Select « Need help? »
  • Follow the steps that appear on the screen
