What if I don’t want to renew my policy?

If you have decided that you don’t want to renew your policy, you can notify us through your YouSet account. Once we receive your request, a member of our team will review it and take care of the rest for you. 

  • Go YouSet.ca
  • In the top-right, click « My Account »
  • Sign in by following the on-screen instructions 
  • Under your insurance policy, select « Modify Policy »
  • Select « Cancellation and non-renewal »
  • Follow the steps that appear on the screen
