When will I receive my documents from the insurer?

If you’ve recently purchased insurance through YouSet and received confirmation documents from us, you can anticipate receiving your insurer’s documents shortly. Typically, you’ll receive them within 24 hours via email or up to 2 weeks via mail. If you still have not received them after that time, please reach out to our team via YouSet’s customer portal.

  • Go YouSet.ca
  • In the top-right, click “My account”
  • Select “Need help?”
  • Follow the steps that appear on the screen
