I just bought a policy. Can I change my effective date?

Yes, it’s possible to adjust your policy’s effective date. To make this change, you will need to submit a request through your YouSet account. Once your request is received, a member of our team will review it and contact you with the next steps.

  • Go YouSet.ca
  • In the top-right, click « My Account »
  • Sign in by following the on-screen instructions 
  • Under your insurance policy, select « Modify Policy »
  • Select « Need help? »
  • Follow the steps that appear on the screen
