Terms of use

I confirm that my car:

• is not used to carry dangerous material.
• is not modified, rebuilt or used in competitions, exhibitions or races.
• is not used for business purpose (ex: Uber or Turo).
• is not with an outstanding loss, pending claim or unrepaired damages.
• is not registered outside of my home province, is not used outside the province for more than six consecutive months and isn’t parked away from my home address.

Neither I nor any member of my household:

• have a criminal record or any pending lawsuits against you.
• have medical conditions which affect your driving.
• have or had a suspended or revoked driver’s licence in the last 5 years.
• have ever been bankrupt. A bankruptcy that has been liberated for 3 years or more is not considered.
• have ever been refused coverage or had an insurance policy cancelled. A refusal to renew is considered a cancellation.
