What’s the difference between cancellation and non-renewal?

Cancellation means you can terminate your contract at any time. However, if you cancel before the renewal date, you will incur a cancellation fee.

Non-renewal, on the other hand, means that your contract will not automatically renew when it expires

If you want to cancel your policy or request a non-renewal, you can notify us through YouSet’s customer portal.

  • Go YouSet.ca
  • In the top-right, click “My Account”
  • Select “Cancellation and Non-Renewal” and then follow the steps on the screen

Once we receive your request, our team will take care of the rest for you.
