What will you be responsible for?

Policy Issuance: Issue insurance policies from multiple insurers for clients who bought online. Ensure accuracy and compliance in the issuance of all policies.

Client Engagement: Respond to inquiries from potential clients. Provide information about our services to achieve a sale.

Lead Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to potential clients who completed online quotes to gauge their interest. Provide further assistance to achieve a sale.

Communication: Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS with potential clients to build trust. Explain the benefits of buying with YouSet.

Performance Review: Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and add follow-up activities in our CRM system.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve team objectives. Participate in developing strategies to boost client engagement & sales.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities.

Career Growth: Move towards a senior position in our insurance team or a team lead role after your first 2 years with us.
Do you have what it takes?

You have a valid AMF and/or RIBO certification

You have at least 2 years of as an insurance broker or agent

You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales

You’re proactive and work hard to exceed your sales goals

You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English

You’re a quick learner with an interest in technology
