I confirm that my home

• is not a mobile home.
• is not used for any commercial activity.
• Is not used for subletting, room rental or short-term rental.
• Is not a secondary place of residence, is occupied by the owner and won’t be vacant.
• Is not under construction, under major renovation, has not an outstanding loss, pending claim or unrepaired damages. 
• does not have 2 or more mortgages. 
• does not have galvanized steel, Poly-B or Kitec plumbing.
• does not have 3 or more roommates that are not my family living with me in my home.

Neither I nor any member of my household:

• have a criminal record or any pending lawsuits against you.
• have ever been bankrupt. A bankruptcy that has been liberated for 3 years or more is not considered.
• have ever been refused coverage or had an insurance policy cancelled. A refusal to renew is considered a cancellation.
• own a dog of a breed that could be considered dangerous or an exotic animal, saddle animal, farm animal or reptile.
