A bankruptcy that has been liberated for 3 years or more is not considered.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">have ever been refused coverage or had an insurance policy cancelled.
